Shipping Policy

Shipping Times

  • All orders placed on weekdays are shipped in 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship within 1-2 business days of the following weekday.
  • If items are out of stock we endeavor to fulfill all orders within 14 days. However, due to events beyond our control, this time period could be extended. We will contact you and provide you with the option of changing or cancelling your order should it go beyond 14 days. 
  • Rush orders need to be specified during the checkout process. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any inquiries.

Insurance

Insurance is automatically included on all shipments.

Shipping Methods

  • Our primary method of shipping is FedEx. 
  • Tracking numbers will apply to most shipped orders. Tracking numbers will be emailed allowing packages to be tracked during transit.
  • PO Boxes: FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes so please be sure to indicate a physical shipping address when ordering.
  • US Military APO and AE & FPO AP Addresses: FedEx does not deliver to military bases. Depending on the location of the base, delivery may take several weeks.
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska requires FedEx 2nd Day Air. Next Day delivery on Hawaii and Alaska shipments need to be checked for availability and rates. Free and discounted shipping promotions will be reduced or eliminated accordingly.
  • Shipping to Canada is by USPS Air Mail Letter Post Registered or Priority/Express Mail, insured. Please note Canadian residents are responsible for duty and taxes. Please check your local postal system for rates. Free and discounted shipping promotions will be reduced or eliminated accordingly.
  • International orders (FedEx Option) are normally received in 12 – 18 days. Certain weights and/or sizes of items could cause the order to be prohibited to ship internationally for an amount close to the standard international charge. In these cases we will not be able to ship International Orders. Free and discounted shipping promotions will be reduced or eliminated accordingly.

Shipping and Handling: Jewelry Orders

  • We carry many jewelry pieces in stock and can ship them straight away, however, it would not be possible to have every piece in every size in stock, therefore, requiring a longer lead time.
  • We endeavor to fulfill all orders within 14 days however, we may occasionally require extra time for delivery. We will not unnecessarily hold your order. If an item is being custom made or is out of stock we will notify you immediately and make other arrangements to your satisfaction.
  • We ship all wedding bands FedEx overnight, 2nd and 3rd Day Express. We insure and track each package shipped. In case of loss or transit damage, each package is fully covered and insured for the full purchase amount. Email notification is provided with the tracking number for each order allowing packages to be tracked while in transit.
  • In order to insure jewelry for its full value, it is required that we obtain a signature from someone at your shipping address. FedEx will leave a notification slip with further delivery options if it is not possible to obtain a signature at the time of delivery.
  • Orders under $500.00 may be shipped USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail does not require a signature and can be delivered to a PO Box.

We do not compromise in any way on the quality and authenticity of ourproducts. Our rings and jewelry are made by the finest jewelers around thecountry. We guarantee that every item is authentically 10K, 14K or 18Ksolid gold or platinum, or as stated. We inspect each item for defects beforeshipping to ensure each item is free of any damage or manufacturer’s defects.

Return Policy

Return Policy and Procedure

We accept returns within 14 days from the date ofreceipt. If, for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return items for exchange or credit, minus shipping charges. On orders that were shipped free, a$15 shipping charge will be deducted from the original purchase price.

Please have your order number available whenrequesting a Return Authorization. All items must be packed carefully in theiroriginal packaging. Please return items by USPS Insured, Global Priority or UPSinsured for the full value. You are responsible for ensuring the package isreturned in good condition. Items that are returned incompliance with our policy, will incur a 15% restocking fee.

We cannot accept returns of customized products.
